Very little. Wish I did more, frankly, but I'm pretty much housebound so there's no gender euphoria to be had by being particularly androgyne or feminine at people. Don't have the money to build a feminine or androgyne wardrobe and I'd only be doing it for myself anyway, and frankly my feelings on the matter are more than of a gender refusenik than any need to present.
What does help however is that I think I'm pretty androgynous to start with, so it doesn't take a lot to lean into that to a degree that shuts up the dysphoria enough for the rest of me to hold it down.
