CDC datasets

The CDC datasets shared yesterday were not ideal for everyone to archive. They were loose files, and uncompressed.

I've compressed and tarred them up.

It's uploading to archive.org, but their ingest is very slow. This URL will redirect there once done, and until then, to Dropbox.
