Fixing Dreamwidth: Layout

If you (quite rightly) think the default layouts offered by Dreamwidth stink, and like the one I'm currently using on my own journal (daveio), here it is.

It applies to your Friends page and your journal itself. It seems inoffensive as presented, and simple enough to extend and improve over time.
